Having worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, 13 of those as a personal trainer, I am more than confident in my ability to achieve results through sound knowledge and understanding. This means that I can use varied and fun training sessions to achieve optimum success.

My strengths are commitment, honesty and the ability to interact well with individuals, which I express during training sessions, along with good old fashioned encouragement to gain maximum results in minimum time!
