I’ve always been so enthusiastic about being fit and healthy. I’ve been in a football environment for 10 years, playing for Gillingham, Chelsea and Charlton and I felt my path in life was down the fitness one, so I went to college and studied to be a Personal Trainer. After I qualified I came to Uplands, and am very lucky to be part of this great gym. I’m very keen on getting involved here at Uplands, gaining as much experience as I can, to further my personal training career. I’m looking forward to meeting all the clients here and cant wait to help, achieve and succeed with them. I would say I’m a very driven person, and what I say I want to achieve. I will try my absolute hardest to get the best possible results for you.  Football plays a huge part in my life, I play for Charlton Ladies 1st team and I love it, we are currently playing in the women’s Premier league.
