I’ve always had lots of energy and enjoyed being active.
After realising how important exercise is for a healthy mind as well as a healthy body, I decided that I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and all round wellbeing too.
I love hearing how good people feel after starting to exercise and what a difference it’s making to their lives.
I am very enthusiastic when training people in the gym or teaching Zumba and like to motivate and encourage people to try as many different activities as they possibly can.
