I started working at Uplands in summer 2011, since then I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Massage Therapist, Exercise to Music and Spin Instructor. I have been personal training and teaching a range of classes at Uplands for 8 Years. My passion, CONNECTION AND INTERPRETATION TO MUSIC HAS BEEN LIFELONG, AND SINCE TEACHING EXERCISE TO MUSIC, I HAVE BECOME MORE CREATIVE WITH MY WORKOUTS. I HAVE A VAST ARRAY OF MUSIC TASTE WHICH STEMS FROM DANCING VARIOUS DANCE STYLES, SO MY MUSIC IS VERY MUCH CONNECTED TO MY WORKOUT CLASSES. I LIKE TO KEEP MY CLIENT’S SESSIONS VARIED, CHALLENGING AND INTERESTING, CREATING NEW WAYS OF TRAINING AND CATERING TO THE CLIENT’S RESTRICTIONS BUT STILL PUSHING THEIR ABILITIES. I LOVE WHAT I DO AND BELIEVE IN CREATING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND MEMBERS TO MOTIVATE THEM AND INSPIRE THEM TO PUSH HARDER AND STEP CLOSER TOWARDS THEIR GOALS.
