“I am new to this facility, but not to the industry. Over the last few years I have been working extremely hard to develop my knowledge and skills as a Personal Trainer.
I enjoy teaching and taking part in a range of different exercises, and using various training principles.
I believe in providing a balanced approach and am very specific when it comes to techniques. I am always trying to learn more and love to look at the science behind fitness and health.
As a family man and someone who has had cancer at a young age, I feel I have a good perspective and understanding for how everyday life, commitments, injuries and ailments can create barriers for people’s training, and achieving their goals. This helps me to cater for a range of clients from both genders, different backgrounds and abilities, and people of all ages.”
