Scott Richardson - Personal Trainer

Scott Richardson - Personal TrainerScott started his career at LA Fitness in Tunbridge Wells where he completed my Body In Action course and from here he went on to provide fitness instruction and personal training to LA Fitness and private clients. After one year, he decided to progress his skills further by studying a diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy. He recently completed my PTS course in order to correct postural imbalances in order to build a sound and balanced body. Scott is currently in the final stages of my C.H.E.K Institute qualification for Exercise Coach which involves:

  • Scientific Core Conditioning
  • Scientific Back Training
  • Programme Design.

Scott is a member of Tonbridge Athletics Club where he has represented the club, County and at National level. He regularly runs in 10k races and have also completed the Tough Guy Competition finishing in the top 80. He has completed the New York Marathon in a time of 2:47 finishing in a overall position of 351 out of 37,869  (top 1%) in 2006!
