I began working as a fitness instructor in 2009 at Uplands Sports centre. Having played Rugby for Heathfield and Waldron since I was 14 and played most sports throughout my school life, I have come to realise how important fitness is. I love spending time in the gym, not only working out, but training people too. I did my level 3 Personal Training course in 2011 with Premier Training International. This covered a variety of modern techniques of training allowing me to make your sessions more enjoyable!
I write specific programs for each and every client which are re-written every 4-6 weeks. I set achievable goals that will allow a client to have fun and enjoy themselves while seeing excellent results!
