This class brings together Yoga, Pilates and some Tai Chi moves. You will see great improvements in posture and strength.
A session focused on muscular strength, good body alignment and balance along with developing & strengthening key muscle groups - particularly abs and backs - with the occasional aid of a fit ball. Using the Fit-Balls in standing, seated and laying positions, this class works your muscles and allows a greater range of movement so requires the use of your core-stability muscles to aid balance, co-ordination and posture.
